Welcome
Thank you for your interest in visiting our church! We know stepping into a church for the first time can be a little overwhelming for some people, especially when they don't know what to expect. Hopefully this section will address any questions/concerns you may have.
What Bible version is used?
At First Baptist Church, we utilize the King James Bible for all study, teaching, and preaching.

What is the music like?
We are old-fashioned and conservative in our music. We still sing the old time hymns of the faith as well as some newer hymns and spiritual songs. We DO NOT utilize or sing any CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) in any of our services.

Is a nursery available?
We do have a nursery, but it's not always staffed.

Do children/babies have to go to the nursery or Sunday School classrooms or can they stay in the auditorium with their parents?
We love families! Whatever Dad and Mom or Grandma and Grandpa thinks is best works for us!

How do people dress?
Although we don't have a formal dress code, it is preferred that folks dress in their Sunday best for all church services.
